When you click each kanji, you will be linked to Charles Kelly's website with the details of the kanji, i.e., its reading, definitions, and compound usages. It also links you to various other kanji sites. When reading each kanji, hiragana is for "kun-yomi" (Japanese reading) and katakana is for "on-yomi" (Chinese reading).

For elementary level, the stroke order is differentiated by colors: red, blue, and green in its stroke order. Basic principle of stroke order is always from left to right, and from the top to the bottom.
